The property is gorgeous, what you see is what you get. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was comfortable. Everything you need for your comfort is there.
The owner is quite understanding and customer-oriented. The fact that she speaks English is a plus. You can talk to her about anything relating to your stay. She was generous enough to send us location of where we could find beaches and also how to get around. She even offered to help with our excursions. You can reach her anytime,for just about anything relating to your stay.
The Taxi driver, Mr. Gonzalez who was recommended to us by the property owner, was very professional and helpful in going above and beyond to make his clients happy. If you need a reliable,trust worthy taxi driver that you can always count on, don't hesitate to reach out to the owner.
The security Martinez was very helpful and would go the extra mile to help us while we were having communication challenges. I was pleased to know that you could relate any matter to him and he understood and tried his very best to assist.
There were some issues that were concerning but the owner was willing to listen, assist, and do what she can to resolve the matter and to make us comfortable.
